Kim Trang Rodriguez

Kim is a graduate of California State University at Santa Cruz, with a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. She is the owner and operator of the Lucky Star Nail and Spa Salon for over 15 years.

She is a licensed Aesthetician, Nail Technician, Master Make-Up Artist and Lash Expert. She works hard at making her business a success and does so to improve the lives of those she sees in her daily work. She wants to see other women feeling good about themselves, and especially wants to encourage them towards independence, self-sufficiency and freedom.

Her salon offers services which are continually evolving. Her salon not only does manicures and pedicures, but she also provides nail designs and artistry beyond compare. She also provides make-up services such as permanent make-up, lips, eyeliner, and eyelashes. She also performs tattoo removal, facials, and mentors’ new graduates from local schools.

On a personal note, Kim is married and has four beautiful children under the ages of 14. She balances her life work and her family so that she can role-model for her children what a strong, independent women-owned business owner looks like.
